So in the past we did some networking, PC management and security for Exceland care. At the moment we are working on a professional business letter with letter head and footer, and also envelopes that include logos and company info.

JM Builders is our new client and we look forward to working with them. At the moment we are building there website and there are talks about building them a personal ad work computer also.

What must be done:

- Proposal for the personal and work computers to be made and approve to start build

- For website we need to remake the company image! It seems a bit out dated from what I have as source and reference materials.

- An agreement must be made for the websites initial templates so we can start adding the design on to it.

So this is a quick render of a tree with red butterflies blowing out of it. It might be our future slate but replace the red with white. Anyways its a step closer, here is the video its also in HD so check it on YouTube or Vimeo.

This is a quick test i made its 1080 HD, made in photoshop and composited in After Effects. Took a week to make in just a few sits of a couple minutes, totaling like 5 hours of work and 2 to render.

So here is the first video Jose and I (Eddie) worked on. Although we never finished it due to time and budget we managed to get top ten and that super cool. Not to mention its in HD!! This video was made from our own time and money from our own pocket we did it for fun and hoped to win but other people/companies (actual companies that produce for a living and out competed the independent film makers) got in on it and well got up in the top ten also. This is the “We Own the Sky” pre post-production test film, it is a rough edit. Jose and I have been working on it for a bit over a month now tell us what you think what we can do better with, we are looking for constructive criticism so that we can make our video better and possibly win the competition. Also tell us what you liked. =) Also we shot this in 1080 HD so watch it in HD because thats how we meant to show it, enjoy it better in HD.

Notes: Still need to color correct, render more real butterflys, add fill in shots, fix some shots. Fix the widespread issue because of stupid youtube, add tint.

So Valley Village liked our work, so they gave us more. The more the better. This time they had footage for us already on DVD, we took it and edited it and put it back on dvd and now on the web. This video will be part of Valley Villages showcase on a new facility they built in Sunland. This video is a great demo for before and after, like for a construction or landscaping company.

One of our first big clients is Valley Village, they trusted in us and now they have a finished video. So it is on YouTube and Vimeo, also on DVD. For those who were wondering the music is by Simple Citizens (http://www.simplecitizens.com) we got permission from Anton, their drummer and the band to use their music for this project. So if you like the music check them out. A cool thing is that Valley Village has a huge event (http://www.valleyvillage.org/luncheon.php), an annual Luncheon hosted at the Sheraton Universal, lots of people and businesses. Our work will be shown at that event so we will get more exposure and that’s always good.

A meeting was set up for Tuesday, April 27th with Valley Village at 1 PM. During that meeting we will be going over footage that we shot, picking what is the best shots, and formulating ideas for editing. We have already started editing for a few days at the moment they are just clips but it is coming together.

Last week we recieved our first paycheck from Valley Village (our first client) so this is big because we finally are geting money in for our work and we are getting paid for somthing we like. So that is really good and means we are starting to get some cash flow in, start building on top of that.

We will be meeting with Valley Village on Monday to review all the footage we shot over the course of 2 days. It is a total of 4 hours, enough footage to make a 20-30 minute documantery but we are making a short 5 minute one. Out of those 4 hours of footage we will narrow it down and pick out the best shots so we can formulate an idea and put it together to start editing.
